Árpád Vásárhelyi is active in the field of logistics and freight forwarding since more than 25 years, and specialized in contractual terms for service providers. He has relevant knowledge in the legal aspects of representing foreign investors in Hungary, focusing mainly on legal consulting regarding setting-up of companies. He has extensive experience in M&A affairs and in employment law, and real estate affairs in Italy. He is external lecturer of the Faculty of Law of the Eötvös Loránd University in Budapest, and author of different studies in the field of logistics and political sciences.
